Who can I contact with general questions or comments about the library?
Many library questions can be answered via the UMass Global Library's website.
If you do not find the answer to your question on the website, you can email your question to askalibrarian@umassglobal.libanswers.com or make an appointment with one of our librarians via the appointment links you will find near the bottom of each page of the website.
For Gmail users: if you don't see a response in your school or personal account, check your spam folder or other tabs such as Promotions or Updates. Sometimes, the email will be delivered to a different folder.
