How can I get a book or article that UMass Global doesn’t have?

If the library doesn’t already have access to an article you need, you can request it using our interlibrary loan service. The Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Services guide provides an overview and instructions for requesting journal articles.

If you're requesting a book chapteruse this form to tell us what you need and we will work to find it within 3 - 4 days. You will be asked to provide complete citation information including the book title, chapter title, author, and date of publication.

For print books, you can search WorldCat to see whether a public or academic library near you has a copy of the book you need. Review the WorldCat guide to learn how to use this online catalog.

Note: At this time, we cannot obtain entire print books or e-books through interlibrary loan services, only chapters.
