What should I do if I get an error message when I try to access library materials?

If you have trouble accessing library resources, you can take the following steps:
- Ensure that you are accessing the material through the UMass Global Library's website. Accessing through Google or from another website may not indicate to the database that you are using UMass Global's subscription.
- Verify that you're logged in using your UMass Global username and password (The same as your BrightSpace login).
- Clear your browser's cache. This can help the website reload with the latest information. If you don't want to clear your cache, try using a different browser.
