What should I do if I get an error message when I try to access library materials?

If you have trouble accessing library resources, you can take the following steps: 

  1. Ensure that you are accessing the material through the UMass Global Library's website. Accessing through Google or another browser may cause an error message.
  2. Verify that you're logged in using your UMass Global username and password (your Blackboard credentials). 
  3. Clear your browser's cache. This can help the website reload with the latest information. 

If none of these tips work, contact a librarian at library@umassglobal.edu. Please take a screenshot of any error so we can help resolve it as quickly as possible.
