What should I do if I get an error message when I try to access library materials?
If you have trouble accessing library resources, you can take the following steps:
- Ensure that you are accessing the material through the UMass Global Library's website. Accessing through Google or another browser may cause an error message.
- Verify that you're logged in using your UMass Global username and password (your Blackboard credentials).
- Clear your browser's cache. This can help the website reload with the latest information.
