What does "full text delay" or "embargo" mean?

When looking for the full text of a journal article, you might see the phrase "full text delay" or "embargo" noted in the journal's record as shown here: 

This means that the most recent year (or whatever time period is specified) of that journal's issues are not available for download. This is due to a restriction on the part of the publisher. If you need an article restricted by full text delay or embargo, use UMass Global's interlibrary loan services
